ජීවිතය තුළ දෙවියන් වහන්සේට කැමැති දේ කරන්න ඉඩ දෙන්න. කිසිම මොහොතක උන්වහන්සේව ප්‍රශ්න කරන්න යන්න එපා. දෙවියන් වහන්සේට කොන්දේසි දාන්න යන්න එපා. ක්‍රිස්තු දර්ශනය තුළ ජීවත් වී ජයග්‍රහණය කරා න්න පුළුවන් බව අපට කියා දො යන්න. සාන්තුවරුයි. එම නිසා පියතුමෙක් දෙන්නේ වෙලා මදි සාන්තුවරයෙක් වෙන්න, සෑම අත්දැකීකින් ම ක්‍රිස්තුන් වහන්සේව ප්‍රධාන තේමාව කරගන්න. මන්ද උන්වහන්සේ තෝරා ගත්ත කෙනෙකුව උන්වහස්.

කිසිදාක අත්හරින්නේ නැතැ කොළඹ අගරදගුරු අති උතුම් මැල්කම් කාදිනල් රංජිත් හිමිපාණෝ ප්‍රකාශ කළහ. බොරැල්ල කනිටු දෙව්සත්හල් පූජක සිසුන් අමසමින් අගරදගුරු හිමිපාණන් මේ බැව් පළ කළේ සා ඇලෝසියස් ගොන්සාගා මුනිඳුන්ගේ 122 වැනි වාර්ෂික මංගල දිව්‍ය යාගයේ මුලසුන හොබවමිනි. සන්ධ්‍යා මෙහෙය සඳහා අගරදගුරු පදවියේ ස්වර්ණ ජයන්තිය සමරන පියතුමන් නියෝජනය කරමින් ගරු නොයෙල් ඩයස් පියතුමන් මුලසුන හෙබවීය. වාර්ෂික මංගල්‍ය කටයුතු දෙව් සත්හල් අදියුරු ගරු විලියම් ඉවාන්ස් ලියනාරච්චි පියතුමාගේ මගපෙන්වීම් යටතේ දෙව්සත්හල් සංඝය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලදී.

Make Jesus Christ your 'sole theme' because Christ will never forsake His chosen ones, said His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith Archbishop of Colombo recently presiding over the Holy Eucharist celebration at the 122nd Annual Patronal Feast of St. Aloysius Seminary, Borella.

Delivering the homily His Eminence said that one should never question God or lay down conditions to God. "Allow God to do what He wills from you," he said.

"Saints show that we can strive towards victory by following Christ' way of life. So becoming a Priest is not enough. Be a Saint like St. Aloysius," the Archbishop said.

The Vespers Service was presided over by Rev. Fr. Noel Dias representing this year's golden jubilarians of the Archdiocese of Colombo. Rev. Fr. Dias emphasized the seminarians that their own identity is the sonship of God.

The feast was arranged by the Seminary Community under the guidance of Rev. Fr. William Evans Liyanarachchi, Rector of St. Aloysius Seminary, Borella.
